You want status with no tie to a profession or employer.

How it differs from neighbouring categories

Unlike BUSINESS, you don’t need to run a company — professional competence is assessed, not entrepreneurship. Unlike NOMAD, it usually requires a specific employer or formal recognition of your qualification in-country, not remote work for anyone.
